Over 3.5 years of military conflict in the Donbass , the parties distanced themselves from his decision more than ever.

This was stated by first Deputy Chairman of the Special monitoring mission of the Organization for security and cooperation in Europe, Alexander hug during a press briefing.

“We see that violence is becoming more and adhere to the Minsk agreements less. Unfortunately, after 3.5 years we are now distanced himself from the resolution of the conflict more than ever. He no end in sight in the foreseeable future,” he said.

According to hug, the hand does not come close to solving the issues that would make life easier for local residents.

“The parties in no way approached the opening of additional KPVV, to facilitate people crossing the line of contact. They have not advanced a single step for the resolution of conflicts, in which thousands of people were left without water, electricity and gas. Sides no closer to ending the violence. Actually, they went much further than ever”, – concluded the Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the OSCE.

Recall that in the last days the situation in the Donbass deteriorated. In particular, from 27 November to 10 December, the SMM monitors of the OSCE recorded in the East of Ukraine almost 20 thousand violations of the cease-fire, that’s 25% more than in the previous two weeks.
