The constitutional court has once again failed in the election of its chair
The constitutional court of Ukraine is not elected the Chairperson for lack of candidates. Also not selected and the rules of procedure of the constitutional court of Ukraine.
This is stated on the court’s website.
“The constitutional Court of Ukraine at a special plenary session continued its consideration of the draft Rules of the constitutional Court of Ukraine. The rules of the constitutional Court of Ukraine is not accepted. Election of the President of the constitutional Court of Ukraine did not take place (wasn’t nominated),” – said in a statement.

As said the Agency “UKRINFORM” a source in the agenda includes only yesterday, 11 Dec. A week ago, any statement from the court regarding this was received.
“Obviously, the desire to hold elections of the President of the constitutional Court arose spontaneously, it is not surprising that it has not been realized”, – said the source “UKRINFORM”.
We also know that the next time the constitutional court attempts to elect a President a month later. It is reported “up” with reference to “Ukrainian news.
