Disappointing Outlook: the night the capital is expecting another big storm, snow and sleet
As reported by the hydrometeorological center, on December 19 in the capital is expected complication weather conditions. Night will be even more snow, the wind will reach 15-18 m/s, and the roads will be icy.
In this regard, the capital the state emergency service urges drivers to be careful on the roads. In particular, it is recommended to use public transport, to reduce speed before pedestrian crossings and locations of the institutions, to adhere to a safe distance and speed and to turn the Parking lights or fog lights.
“In the conditions of complication of weather conditions to drivers of private cars it is recommended to refrain from trips on an individual transport and to comply with Parking regulations, so as not to interfere with snow plows. Pedestrians are encouraged to move along the sidewalk with care, cross the road only at designated places, to be careful and cautious. Don’t forget you are also road users,” the message reads.
