Poroshenko submitted to the Parliament a draft law on the anti-corruption court

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has submitted to Parliament a draft law about Higher anti-corruption court.

This was reported on the website of the Verkhovna Rada.

As noted, the bill was December 22.

Along with him, Poroshenko registered in the Verkhovna Rada a draft on amendments to the law “On judicial system and status of judges” in connection with the adoption of the law “On Higher anti-corruption court.”

Note, both bills defined by the President as urgent.

At the same time, the texts of the documents are not yet available.

We will remind, earlier the representative of the President in the Verkhovna Rada Iryna Lutsenko said that in the case of not posing the parliamentary working group on elaboration of principles of the draft law on the Anticorruption court within two weeks, the President will present his version of the document.

This was stated by President Petro Poroshenko. He said: in the document, done by a group of experts, take into account the recommendations of OSCE experts and the conclusions of the Venice Commission. Poroshenko suspects around the bill in Parliament will continue to be a hot debate.
