New year’s eve police will be patrolling Kiev in emergency mode
Order in Kiev during the Christmas holidays in emergency mode will follow the police and soldiers of the National guard of Ukraine. About it reports a press-service of the Metropolitan police.
So, new year’s eve the service will take about 1.5 thousand police officers. Also in the Chapter of police will work the situation centre, which includes representatives of all law enforcement and security agencies.

“Most law enforcement officers will be in the Central part of the city, near the main holiday locations and Christmas trees in all districts of the capital. V. a. chief of the National police in the city of Kiev, Viktor Nechytailo.
Recall, new year’s eve the public transport will be extended. Underground and ground transport will work for 3 hours longer and the funicular railway will operate around the clock.
