EU officially criticized the draft of the anti-corruption court, hinting at the suspension bezveza

The European Union officially criticized in the Administration of the President because the head of state submitted a bill on corruption court, which is contrary to the promises of Kiev and the recommendations of the Venice Commission.

This is stated in a written comment on behalf of the representative of the European Union, reports “European true”.

In Brussels, said they welcomed the submission of the bill, but stressed that the document does not meet the obligations of Ukraine.

“Main provisions of the draft do not meet the recommendations of the Venice Commission. It is important that these questions were revised, and the EU carries this signal to the Ukrainian authorities,” – said in a statement.

The EU representative stressed that the creation of the AKC is necessary for the fulfillment of visa requirements. “Its creation… requires the European Commission in the framework of the monitoring mechanism of visa suspension,” – said in comments.

“The EU cooperates closely with the United States and the IMF in this matter (the creation of CCA – ed), and of course ready to continue to work with the relevant Ukrainian authorities to support this process,” – said in Brussels.

Also at the world Bank believe that the adoption of the law on the anti-corruption court in the wording proposed by Poroshenko, is invalid.
