The Antimonopoly Committee allowed “to Gazprom” in January 2016 for abuse of a monopoly position in gas transit. Then the amount was $ 86 billion, however, due to the fact that the Russian company did not pay a fine, the court ordered the “Gazprom” in addition to the fine to pay the fine.
