The increase in gas production in Ukraine block groups sponsored by Russia – Korolev
The head of “Naftogaz” Andrey KOBOLEV announced the existence of pressure groups that block the increase in natural gas production in Ukraine. Sponsors of these groups are Russia and Gazprom, which is beneficial to Ukraine has been energy dependent on them.
“We need to reduce the influence of Pro-Russian groups. For anybody not a secret that Gazprom and Russia spend money sponsoring certain forces in Ukraine that block new fields, gas production, and which lie to the locals about the environmental consequences,” – said KOBOLEV on air “5 channel”.
The head of “Naftogaz” told about the incident in Kharkiv, where “negative people that have nothing to do with local residents, tried to block talks about the development of new sites”.
“We cooperate with law enforcement. Seek their help in this matter and hope that they will help us this time”, – said the head of “Naftogaz”.
KOBOLEV also explained why Ukraine will buy gas from Russia.
