The militants “LNR” were not given access to OSCE observers to the Russian trucks with “humanitarian convoy”

The militants of illegal armed formations “LPR” did not allow observers of the Special monitoring of the OSCE mission to trucks with Russian “humanitarian convoy”.

This is stated in the report of the mission on 24-25 January.

In Lugansk, four militants, two of whom were armed, did not allow the OSCE patrol to get to the area where there was a motorcade of 10 articulated trucks with Russian numbers and the inscription “Humanitarian aid from Russian Federation”.

One of the separatists told the observers to access to the object is required “permission from other members of the “LPR”.
