Mosiychuk has filed a lawsuit against the Director of NABU Sytnik

People’s deputy Igor Mosiychuk filed suit in court against the Director of the National anticorruption Bureau of Ukraine Artem Sytnik.

About it reported in a press-service of the District administrative court of Kiev.

“The plaintiff asked the court to declare illegal the inactivity of the Director of NABU Artem Sytnik, which is neizdannye order necessary to the beginning of the pre-trial investigation of criminal offences on the grounds set out in articles 3661 3682 and the Criminal code of Ukraine, the preliminary establishment of the National Agency for prevention of corruption violations of anti-corruption legislation in the course of a full scan of the Declaration of the person authorized to perform state functions or local self-government”, – stated in the message.

As noted, plaintiff also asks the court to order the Sitnik issue a relevant order.

Currently, the District administrative court of Kyiv has opened proceedings in the case.

We will remind, in December 2017 NABOO came with searches to the assistant people’s Deputy Igor Mosiychuk. According to the MP, investigative actions are connected with the rented house to avenge the position of Mikheil Saakashvili.

“In fact, it is an absolute manipulation: I moved into this house in January 2017 and the following year in accordance with the law put it in the Declaration. Besides, the case was initiated a year ago, 2016. Obviously, someone saw fit to give her a stroke. This compulsion to ensure that I personally and the faction of the Radical party of Oleh Liashko, to which I belong, supported the whim of the so-called “fighters” and their foreign backers. I believe all of these actions are the revenge of the Deputy Director of NABU Guizot Plavi for my principled stance against his friend Mikheil Saakashvili,” – said the MP.
