Criminal inaction of the leaders of the militants in the Donbass for ignoring the demands of the enterprises on the provision of security assurances at the time of repair works may lead to accidental situations, with unpredictable consequences. It is declared by the Ukrainian side of the Joint center for control and coordination.
“Urgent response required by the situation at the facilities of the sludge collector 3 of the first stage of industrial waste coke production NPO “Inkor and Co” (located near the settlement of Novgorod, Donetsk region). A large amount of precipitation and seasonal temperature variations require immediate performance of works on maintenance and current repair of objects of the facility,” – said in a statement.
It is noted that SCCC and representatives of rescue service of the specified phenolic production coordinated necessary procedures for the maintenance and repair of certain objects. However, works is impossible, because until that time, security guarantees from the ORDO do not exist.
“The Ukrainian side of the JCCC said that such actions (inaction) of the leaders of the ORDO can lead to environmental catastrophe in the Donbas, the consequences of which will be felt by all the inhabitants on both sides of the demarcation line,” – emphasizes the Ukrainian side of the JCCC.
