The ex-President of Georgia, the leader of the “Movement of new forces” Mikheil Saakashvili his telephone conversations with the odious oligarch regime of Yanukovych Sergey Kurchenko crossed “red lines”.

Yury Lutsenko added that after a conversation between Saakashvili and Kurchenko, the authenticity of which was confirmed by the examination, “all positive Saakashvili went into memories”.

“Today, for me he is the man who broke the political and legal taboo. Political, because, from my point of view, for someone who wants the good of Ukraine, contacts with members of the mafia education Yanukovych’s impossible. Legal, so it qualifies as the promotion of members of the criminal organization. That’s all,” he stated.

Saakashvili is accused of assisting a criminal group under article 256 of the Penal code. He faces from 3 to 5 years behind bars.
