Groysman promises to the farmers and villagers of 1,5-2,5 thousand hryvnias of the help for each cow
Ukrainian farmers and villagers will pay compensation for the cows to increase milk yield milk’s.
This was stated by Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman at a government meeting, transfers “Economic truth”.
“We provide support to the dairy herd. All legal entities-producers, we will compensate about 1.5 thousand hryvnia per dairy cow per year increased milk production”, – said the Prime Minister.
Personal household will receive 2.5 thousand UAH per head of young cows, which is held for at least 12 months.

Groisman also promised 70% of state compensation for the Ukrainian planting material in horticulture.
“We will support this year’s gardening and berry growing in the country. Today’s decision we assume that 70% of the cost of planting material will be compensated by the government. The only question for this planting material was produced in Ukraine. If you want to create a garden, please buy the Ukrainian seedlings, plant them, and we will reimburse 70% of the planting material,” – said Groisman.
1 billion UAH will be directed on support of domestic production of agricultural machinery. In addition, the Cabinet should approve a mechanism of deferred payment of VAT on new equipment for the modernization of enterprises, which is imported to Ukraine.
“Today we launch the installments of VAT on new equipment that will be imported to Ukraine”, – said Groisman.
Deferral of payment of VAT is granted for 24 months.
“It will mean that it will cost 20% cheaper for businesses than it was until now. This will allow to modernize the Ukrainian production, create new jobs, to create high-quality Ukrainian product and be competitive in international markets”, – said the Prime Minister.
