Paruby got a picture Lutsenko arrest “opublikowa” Bakulina
The Ukrainian Parliament will consider the idea of removal of inviolability from the Deputy Yevgeny Bakulina. This was announced by the speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Andrew Parubiy.
“I have just received from the Prosecutor General of Ukraine on granting the consent of Parliament to the criminal prosecution, detention and arrest of people’s Deputy of Ukraine Bakulin Evgeny Nikolaevich, member of the parliamentary faction “Opposition bloc”. Immediately handed the documents for consideration of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on rules,” – said the Chairman of BP on his page on the social network Facebook.

Parubiy noted that this process is not political, but for purely legal plane. “My position is unchanged – none of the deputies has no right to hide behind immunity. If the MP is not guilty of the charges against him – let him prove his innocence, as well as other citizens, in court. One law for all”, – said the speaker.
As reported, on February 16 the attorney General signed the documentsconcerning Bakulin. The Deputy is facing the removal of immunity for the case of the “Boyko rigs”. Himself the politician was in a hospital.
