The court returned Gostiny Dvor in the state
Appellate economic court returned the Gostiny Dvor building in the state.
This was announced on his page in Facebook the people’s Deputy, member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on preventing and combating corruption Ihor Lutsenko.
“Today the Appellate economic court of Kiev passed the decision which has decided to terminate the lease Gostiny Dvor and return the building to the state. Seating yard is not a personal property of the caretaker of Yanukovych, is now the full property of the state,” he wrote.
According to Lutsenko, now Seating yard should be restored, to restore and give to caring hands.

We will remind, in the summer of 2014, the Kyiv city Council cancelled land acquisition for the reconstruction of Gostiny Dvor in Kontraktovaya square and transferred to the state property land. The building still was in the rent – in a state of neglect, without any conservation building.
