Moscow’s plan to create a more friendly government in Kiev is a failure – Walker
The special representative of the US State Department in Ukraine Kurt Volker considers futile, the plan of Russia concerning the change of power in Ukraine is more loyal. According to the Americans, count on it is seriously not worth it.
“If Moscow hopes to create in Kiev a more Russia-friendly government, the plan is not working,” said Walker, and added that he believes it is the Russian Federation responsible for the maintaining the voltage in the events in Donbass. “Proposal for peace can work to ensure the safety of all the residents of Eastern Ukraine, but Russia must choose peace. Ukraine has demonstrated political will to implement the Minsk. The problem is that the other side is not action,” stated the American.
