Ukraine withdrew from the agreement in November last year.

The Russian Federation broke the Treaty with Ukraine on mutual supplies of military equipment and weapons.

About it reports Russian portal of legal information with reference to the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Russia, reports Radio Liberty.

The Ministry said that on March 28, suspended the agreement between the government of the Russian Federation and the government of Ukraine on the procedure for mutual deliveries of weapons and military equipment, components and spare parts, organization of repair and rendering of services of military purpose.

The agreement was signed on 8 February 1995.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine withdrew from the Treaty 8 November 2017. The relevant draft resolution was approved at the government meeting under the procedure without debate.

In may 2015 the Verkhovna Rada denounced the agreement between the governments of Ukraine and the Russian Federation on the organization of military interstate transportations and settlements for them.

Military-technical cooperation with Russia terminated “Ukroboronprom” in 2014, once with the outbreak of hostilities in the East of the country.

In August 2017, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has terminated the intergovernmental agreement with Russia regarding the establishment of cooperation in the implementation of the export of military goods to third countries.

In October 2017 , the Cabinet tore up the agreement with the government of the Russian Federation concerning cooperation in the manufacture of military goods. The decision was taken without discussion.
