The court of appeal upheld the decision of the chief military Prosecutor Matios on the declarations.

This decision adopted on 27 March the Kyiv appeal administrative court dismissed the claim of the Center of counteraction of corruption on the previous decision of the administrative court.

Recall that on 14 April 2017 with the NAPC website disappeared of the Declaration subordinates of the Prosecutor General Yuri Lutsenko and chief military Prosecutor Anatoly Matios.
Subsequently, NACP explained that the Declaration of some officials of the military Prosecutor’s office was removed from the Register declarations on the basis of the decision Matios.

The anti-corruption action center appealed against the decision Matios and the decision of the NAPC. However, on 27 December 2017, the District administrative court of Kiev recognized lawful the resolution of the Matios on the classification of declarations of prosecutors.
“The court has not established infringements of the requirements of the current legislation at the time of adoption Anatoly Matios appropriate decisions, aimed at the closure of information about the property status of officials of the military Prosecutor’s office for their safety and that of their families”, – stated in the message of the court.
