When you select the best employers, the students took into account the following factors: career opportunities, personal and professional development, the company’s image in the market, international experience and innovation.
According to a study by EY, the international leader in audit, according to students, the group “1+1 media” has been among the top employers in 2017. The survey involved about 1500 respondents from more than 30 leading universities of Ukraine.
Among the companies, which are also included in this list such world famous brands as: “Google”, “L’oréal”, “Microsoft”, “Nestle”, “SoftServe” and others.
When you select the best employers, the students took into account the following factors: career opportunities, personal and professional development, the company’s image in the market, international experience and innovation.
Study “Best employer” held by EY in Ukraine since 2005. Its purpose is the analysis of the attractiveness of employers in the labor market, the determination of the preferences of candidates in the choice of work and recommendations for managing the employer brand.
