Recall, the war in the Donbas continues for the fifth year. Her first four years were called anti-terrorist operation, and on April 30 this year instead of ATO began the operation of the joint forces. The militants do not adhere to the ceasefire, as agreed during meetings of the Trilateral contact group in Minsk. Meanwhile, Russia has again blocked the extension of OSCE mission on border with Ukraine.
