Ferat saifullaev is involved in the so-called “case “Hizbut-Tahrir”.

Russia refused the convicted Crimean Tatar the Ferat Sayfullaeva transferring him to the mainland of Ukraine.

This was reported by his lawyer Eden Semelai.

“Ferat sent a copy of the letter from the Ministry of justice of Russia, which he refused to transfer it to Ukraine, Recalling the Convention on the transfer of sentenced persons of 1983.
