The Minister wants to involve the public in discussion at each stage of plan development.
Arsen Avakov said that the plan for de-occupation of Donbass should be ready in the summer.
About it reports a press-service of the interior Ministry.
“In the summer we should have this document on hand,” said the Minister. He explained that the document would consist of two parts: preparatory and practical. Avakov stressed that the main purpose of the plan is the liberation of the temporarily occupied territories, restoration of the constitutional order of Ukraine, rights and freedoms of citizens.

The Minister also noted that a significant role in its implementation plays a information component. “We have to attract the public to discuss the plan and to inform the public at every stage,” – said Avakov.
Head of the working group, adviser to the Minister Ivan Varchenko said that the working group had identified all the challenges and threats in the temporarily occupied territories. In particular, crime, socio-economic nature related to the conduct of hostilities, informational, cultural and political. The group also developed ways of overcoming them.
We will remind, Azarov also told about the probable development of events in the Donbas. The Minister of internal Affairs believes that deokkupatsii Ukrainian territory will not be a military operation.
