Diplomats have blamed Moscow for inciting the conflict in Ukraine.

In Twitter appeared the call of the American Embassy in Kiev to peace in Ukraine. A message dedicated to the day of the peacemaker and is accompanied by the hashtag #Peace4Ukraine – peace for Ukraine.

On the eve of the Embassy noted that the Russians must return to implementing the Minsk agreements. “Because of Russia’s war against Ukraine continues to kill civilians – so yesterday due to indiscriminate shelling killed in the yard at his grandmother Daria Kazimirova who has just turned 15 years old. Russia must withdraw weapons and to implement the Minsk agreements”, – stated in the message of the diplomatic mission.

In Istanbul Petro Poroshenko met with President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Minister of foreign Affairs of Turkey Mevlut Cavusoglu. The Turkish side stated that it supported the deployment of the UN peacekeeping mission in the occupied part of Donbass, and even ready to take part in it.
