Ukrainian diplomats accused Russia of “total non-compliance with the agreements.”

The Ministry of foreign Affairs of Ukraine expressed its protest against the banning of the Ukrainian Ombudsman Lyudmila Denisova to the Ukrainian political prisoner Roman Sushchenko.
