Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Andriy Parubiy met with a colleague from the U.S. house of representatives Paul Ryan. The heads of the parliaments of the two countries talked about countering Russian aggression, according to a story TSN.19:30.
The American side expressed interest in establishment of the centre for combating destructive activities of the Russian Federation, and therefore join efforts to counter hybrid threats in the political, informational, economic and energy dimensions. The first step of such cooperation may be the joint conference on security, which will attempt to take place in the fall. “We agreed that the first step would be to hold joint conferences on security issues. We agreed that at the level of the apparatus can determine where it can take place – in our region or in Washington,” – said paruby.
