On of energy efficiency programs in the state budget there are two billion hryvnia.
Only for the year the amount of soft loans has grown five times.
This is stated in the plot program “snidanok z “1+1”.
In June this year, 300 of associations of condominiums (ajoah) took advantage of this program in the amount of UAH 90 mln.
The insulation of homes can reduce the cost of utilities and increase of apartment prices.
In the state budget for this year provides for UAH 2 billion on energy efficiency programme. Of these, 400 million UAH that is on the “warm” loans.
