Family farms will be able to join state programs for support.
Family farms received preferential order of payment of the single social contribution.
With appropriate changes in the Tax code voted 229 deputies of Ukraine, reports the press service of the Ministry of agriculture.
“From now on Ukrainian farmers and their families who live in the villages become full-fledged entrepreneurs and receive a number of benefits. Official business status with favourable tax regime allows them to enter new organized markets and increase their income,” — said the Deputy Minister of agrarian policy and food of Ukraine Victor Sheremet.
“In addition, family farms will be able to join public programs to support and grow your business,” he added.

In particular, adopted by the law of change set:
– preferential order of payment of the single social contribution for all members of family farms;
– payment of the tax to incomes of physical persons from rent of land plots (shares) in local budgets at the location of such land.
We will note, the law of Ukraine No. 6490-d “On amendments to the Tax code of Ukraine and certain legislative acts of Ukraine on stimulation of creation and activity of family farming” provided the opportunity for residents to legalize their activities in the form of entrepreneurial activity of physical persons-entrepreneurs, who organized a farm, including family, and they are given the opportunity to be a single tax payers of the fourth group.
