Groisman appealed to the Prosecutor General and the NEB with an appeal to prevent the artificial bankruptcy of the HMO
Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman sent a letter to the Prosecutor General of Ukraine and the National anti-corruption Bureau with an appeal to conduct investigations, to protect the interests of the state and to prevent the artificial bankruptcy of Public joint stock company “Odessa port plant”.

It is noted that in their appeals Groysman reminded that the decision of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm chamber of Commerce from July 25, 2016, is recognized as the duty of the HMO to the group of companies “Ostchem” the total amount of 251 235 154,59 dollars, given the penalties. South city court of Odessa region satisfied the petition of the representatives of the “Ostchem” to recover the debt and all attempts to appeal this decision failed.
