On Friday, September 22, in the capital recorded the warmest night for 137 years. It is reported by the weather station of the Central geophysical Observatory named after Boris Sreznevsky. At night, the temperature has not dropped below 19.3°, which is as much as 4 degrees warmer than it was in 1975.
